《金匱要略》“方證論治系統”的邏輯起點與基本概念
The Logical Starting Point and Basic Concepts of the "System of Therapeutics According to Prescription Based upon Syndromes" of the Medical Synopsis in the Golden Chamber
摘要
《金匱要略》是論述雜病診治的第一部中醫學專著，它總結了秦漢時期（西元前221～西元220）各大醫家診治雜病的臨床經驗，成功揭示雜病如何的發生、如何的發展與該如何的防治，並和《傷寒論》一同創立了中醫“病與證”參合的辨證論治系統，“有是證，用是方，方證一體”的形式，是張仲景方證的內容和理論體系的特點。邏輯起點是一個理論體系建構的前提和基礎，所以必須要確立《金匱要略》“方證論治系統”的邏輯起點，這對《金匱要略》“方證論治系統”的構建至關重要。邏輯起點在說明此理論的形成，由《神農本草經》→《湯液經法》→《傷寒論》與《金匱要略》。“方證論治系統”的基本概念在說明，研究《金匱要略》“方證論治系統”的理論，由“方證”、“類方證”與“單一方證”三個基本概念構成。“合方證”是指兩個以上的“單一方證”的“合取”。“合方證”仍可進一步分類，而形成新的“類合方證”，“合方證”、“類合方證”又能構成新的“方證論治系統”。

The ”Medical Synopsis in the Golden Chamber” is the first traditional Chinese medical monographs which discussed the diagnosis and treatment of miscellaneous diseases. It concluded the clinical experience of various doctors in era of Qin-Han Dynasty (B.C. 221~A.D.220) and proclaim how the etiology of occurrence, progression of pathology and prevention of miscellaneous diseases develop clinically, and it set up the system of treatment according to syndrome differentiation via ”collaboration of diseases and syndromes” with the TCM classic ”Treatise on Febrile Diseases”. The style of ”prescription applied based upon the syndromes and integration of prescription and syndromes as a whole” is the content of the Dr. Zhong-jing Zhang's prescription based upon syndromes and the characteristic of Dr. Zhong-jing Zhang's theoretical system. Logical starting point is a premise and basis of construction of a theoretical system, therefore we must establish the logical starting point of the ”system of therapeutics according to prescription based upon syndromes”, it is vital important to found the construction of the ”system of therapeutics according to prescription based upon syndromes” of the ”Medical Synopsis in the Golden Chamber” Logical starting point can explain the formation of the theory was started from the TCM classics ”Shen Nong's Herbal Classic” via ”the Law of the Soup and Broth” to ”Treatise on Febrile Diseases” and ”Medical Synopsis in the Golden Chamber.”The basic concept of the ”system of therapeutics according to prescription based upon syndromes” is to explain to that the research of the ”system of therapeutics according to prescription based upon syndromes” of the ”Medical Synopsis in the Golden Chamber” is composed of three basic concepts of the ”prescriptions based upon syndromes”, ”analogous prescriptions based upon syndromes” and ”unitary prescription based upon syndromes”. The ”compound prescriptions based upon syndromes” means the combination of ”unitary prescription based upon syndromes”. The ”compound prescriptions based upon syndromes” can fatherly be classified and form the novel ”analogous compound prescriptions based upon syndromes”, and the ”compound prescriptions based upon syndromes” and the ”analogous compound prescriptions based upon syndromes” can be combined and set up the novel ”system of therapeutics according to prescription based upon syndromes”.
