摘要

慢性阻塞性肺疾病（Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，COPD）是一種氣流受限，不完全可逆且呈進行性發展的疾病。其在老年人中特別常見，患病人數多，且死亡率高，嚴重影響患者的勞動能力和生活品質。本文提出一位76歲男性，因慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性惡化住院中會診中醫，服藥三日後脫離呼吸器出院之病例報告。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is progressive restrictive airflow and irreversible disease. COPD is very common, especially in the elders, and it has numerous victims and high mortality rate. It affects patients' labor ability and quality of life. Now, we present a case who was admitted due to COPD with acute exacerbation and consulted Traditional Chinese Medicine Department during hospitalization. After three-day Chinese Medicine taken, the patient weaned from ventilator and was discharged soon.
