Tai chi chuan on university students muscular endurance and immune function, to Ming Chi University of Technology students 60 people (aged 18 to 21 years old) were randomly divides into the Tai Chi group and the control group stochastically. The Tai Chi group every week 4 times. During each 40 minutes of Tai chi chuan movement, 12 weeks later examines the power of gripping and standing broad jump and the harvest of peripheral bloods to examine CD34, the T lymphocyte and the B lymphocyte changes. Results showed that Tai chi chuan can improve students' muscular power and upper extremity muscle strength of lower limbs (P<0.05) , and can effectively enhance students' peripheral blood CD34 and function of T and B lymphocytes, the immune capacity of the students.
