太極拳對大學生肌耐力與免疫影響的研究

Study on Effects of Tai Chi Chuan on University Students' Muscular Endurance and Immunity

摘要


研究太極拳運動對大學生肌耐力與免疫功能的影響,以明志科技大學學生60人(年齡為18~21歲),隨機分為太極組與對照組,太極組每週4次,每次40分鐘太極拳運動,12週後檢測握力、立定跳遠及採外周血檢測CD34+、T淋巴細胞及B淋巴細胞變化。結果顯示,太極拳運動能有效提高大學生的下肢肌肉爆發力和上肢肌肉的力量(P<0.05),並能有效提升大學生周邊血液CD34+及T、B淋巴細胞的功能,增進大學生的免疫能力。

Tai chi chuan on university students muscular endurance and immune function, to Ming Chi University of Technology students 60 people (aged 18 to 21 years old) were randomly divides into the Tai Chi group and the control group stochastically. The Tai Chi group every week 4 times. During each 40 minutes of Tai chi chuan movement, 12 weeks later examines the power of gripping and standing broad jump and the harvest of peripheral bloods to examine CD34, the T lymphocyte and the B lymphocyte changes. Results showed that Tai chi chuan can improve students' muscular power and upper extremity muscle strength of lower limbs (P<0.05) , and can effectively enhance students' peripheral blood CD34 and function of T and B lymphocytes, the immune capacity of the students.
