中醫治療帶下病例報告

這是一位34歲從事美髮業的婦女，過去病史僅提到有貧血相關病史及卵巢水瘤，其他無特殊異常，主訴約半年前開始有黃綠色帶下合併陰道搔癢之症狀，其帶下在其忙碌疲累時較明顯，與月經週期無太大明顯關係。白帶有腥臭味及呈現豆腐渣狀。患者平時從事美髮業，需長時間接觸化學藥劑及冷水，工作時間不固定常需久站，病患平時工作忙碌，生活步調偏快，忙碌時較無時間休息，導致其個性較為急躁，其舌質淡紅，舌苔薄黃，脈弦細。病患曾因帶下症狀至婦產科診所就診，然症狀反覆無法根治。遂於102/12/16至本院中醫門診就診，期間陸續至本院門診就診六次，中醫辨證其證屬於濕熱型帶下，給予清熱化濕止帶中藥治療，其帶下色黃及陰部搔癢之症狀減輕許多，證明中醫對於帶下療效顯著。

This is a 34 years old woman working in the beauty industry with previous medical history of anemia-related disease and ovary hydroma. No other abnormality is found. She complaines to have symptoms of yellow greenish discharge with vaginal pruritus. She has more obvious menorrhea under fatigue and busy status, and it is not related with menstrual cycle. Fish stench smell and soybean curb residue is found in her leucorrhea. She works in the beauty industry with long-time exposure history of chemical pharmaceutical agents and cold water. Her duty time is irregular and she is required to stand for a long time in working. The patient is usually busy and has fast pace of life without enough time to rest, which leads she to develop type-A personality. She has pink tongue, yellow and thin tongue coating, small and wiry pulse. She seeks medication in the Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic, however, symptom of leucorrhea is not cured with relapsing episodes. She seeks help in our Traditional Chinese Medical Department since 2013/12/16 and 6 other visit. She is diagnosed to have symptoms of damp-heat pattern of leukorrhea, and Chinese herbs are prescribed to expel heat, clear dampness and stop leucorrhea. Symptoms of yellowish menorrhea and vaginal pruritus are improved, proved with remarkable curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine. It demonstrates the great remarkable therapeutic effects of Traditional Chinese medicine and herbs in treating leukorrhea.
