摘要

附子辛熱雄烈，具有回陽救逆及散寒止痛的功效，為臨床常用的要藥，本文就附子的炮製方法、煎煮對藥效的影響、中毒及瞑眩反應做出了討論，另外也從臨床實用的角度出發，對藥理作用、使用指徵、藥物配伍及應用心得做出了經驗總結，以供臨床醫師參考。

Aconite roots has strong spicy and hot flavor. It is a commonly prescribed Chinese medicine for recuperating depleted yang and expelling cold and pain in patient. In this article, we discussed the preparation methods, influence of decocting on the efficacy therapeutically, toxicity and reverse reaction of aconite roots. Besides, we conclude our experience from the viewpoints of clinical practice to elucidate the pharmacological effects, indications of prescription, pharmaceutic incompatibility of aconite roots for clinicians' references.
