小兒腸病毒之中醫辨證論治

摘要

小兒腸病毒是兒科門診常見的流行性病症之一，好發於每年四至九月的濕熱季節。傳染病流行期間，小孩必須隔離在家，家人須在旁照顧，所謂“一人向隅，滿堂不樂”，家庭社會均須付出很高的成本。同時重症的比率超過90%是集中在5歲以下的小兒，重症致死率高於3.8%，可說是威脅小兒健康重大的疾病。然西醫的治療方式往往僅就症狀或維持性治療，治療成效有限。本文將體現中醫治療的核心價值，在針對小兒腸病毒不同的病程中，依循中醫獨有的辯證論治與病因病機分析方式，以發展出個人化治療。冀能發揮中醫優勢，裨益於重大小兒疾病的治療。

The pediatric enterovirus is one of the common epidemic disease in the pediatric clinic, which is prevalent in hot and humid season from April to September each year. During the prevailing period, children who suffer from this disease should be quarantined at home accompanied with their parents. This phenomenon can be depicted as ＂One suffered and all tortured.＂ so it pays a huge cost both in the society and family. In addition, more than 90% severe cases are concentrated in the children under 5, and the mortality rate is higher than 3.8%. Therefore, the enterovirus can be taken as a big threat to children's health. Western medicine is used to taking strategies of symptom treatment or maintenance treatment, and the benefit is limited to patients. In this article, it shows the core value of traditional Chinese medicine in developing individual treatments to different stages of pediatric enterovirus by distinct pathogeny and pathology analysis combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. We hope that we can take the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine to make the biggest benefit to the treatments of severe pediatric diseases.
