從本經疏證探討傷寒論四逆散之可能機轉

The Investigation of Mechanism about Sini San in the Shanghan Lun

摘要

現今對四逆散的認識，多將其病因病機與臨床應用導向為疏肝解鬱，柔肝緩急，肝氣鬱結之基本方，也為後世柴胡疏肝散、逍遙散等方之基石。但關於其在傷寒論的病因病機，歷代醫家討論莫衷一是，本文以傷寒論、金匱要略的理論系統為基礎，結合內經與本經疏證的中醫生理與藥物理論，推論出傷寒論中四逆散條文的病因病機為少陰營鬱，牽涉病位包括上中下三焦，相關藥物作用機制則為解營鬱佈衛陽。

Understanding about the method of treatment of Sini San nowadays is for relieving liver qi stagnation. Sini San is also the basis of Xiaoyaosan, Chai Hu Shu Gan Tong . Opinions about its etiology and pathogenesis in Shanghan Zabing Lun, are still widely divided. In this article, we beased on Shanghan Zabing Lun and discussed by the traditional Chinese medicine theory from Huangdi Neijing and The Explanation of Sheng Nong's Herbal Classic, to realize the medical mechanism and pathogenesis of Sini San in Shanghan Lun.
