談中藥『金創膏』於慢性不癒合傷口的治療及生物活性分析

摘要

『金創膏』是中醫的古方，近年來，中國醫藥大學附設醫院，首創以『金創膏』治療糖尿病患的肢體潰爛，臨床效果成效斐然，本篇文章回顧報導了『金創膏』臨床治療案例與生物活性分析的成果。本文也提出，以『金創膏』為例，除了以指標成分的化學分析當作製作藥膏的品管依據，也應納入生物活性分析平台的檢測結果，以確保不同批次間製造的藥膏，保持品質的一致性。

＂Jinchuang ointment＂ is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine complex for treatment of incised wounds. More recently, it has been used at China Medical University Hospital (Taichung, Taiwan) for the treatment of diabetic foot infections and decubitus ulcers. Clinical case studies and biological activity assay results of ＂Jinchuang ointment＂ are described in this minireview. This report also indicates that, to keep a consistent treatment effect of ＂Jincuang ointment＂, not only the content of pure chemical reference standards in herbal products, but also the biological activity assays should be included in the manufacturing processes of this herbal medicine.
