胃食道逆流疾病（GERD）的中西醫觀點

摘要

胃食道逆流疾病是現代社會常見的疾病之一，其病因複雜，主要為抗逆流屏障功能異常導致，所產生的症狀也相當多元，本文整理文獻後得知，胃食道逆流疾病涵蓋的中醫病名相當廣泛，如嘈雜、吐酸、吞酸、胃脘痛、梅核氣、噎嗝、胸痞⋯等皆為其範疇，在臨床上除了辨別其證型和主要症狀來進行治療外，也需要熟悉現代醫學之診斷，以鑑別本病和其他系統性疾病，才不易造成誤診。此外，迄今為止臨床中醫治療本病多有成效且經驗豐富，然中國期刊網資料雖繁多，卻缺乏嚴謹且具可信度的實證醫學研究，因此，本文彙整了中西醫對於胃食道逆流的觀點，以期縮短兩種醫藥文化間的差距，希望賦予未來研究及臨床治療的積極意義。

Gastroesophageal reflux disease is one of the common diseases in modern society. The causes of the disease are complicated, mainly due to the abnormal function of the anti-reflux barrier, and the symptoms are quite diverse. Based on the literature reviews, it is known that GERD could be diagnosed with extensive names in traditional Chinese medicine, such as stomach noisy, acid regurgitation, stomach cramps, plum core qi, dysphagia, chest pain, and so on. Thus, as a ＂modern＂ Chinese medicine doctor, the western medicine and Chinese medicine knowledge of diseases are both important, in order to rule out critical causes and make correct diagnosis. In addition, TCM has been clinically effective and experienced in treating GERD. However, in spite of the large number of studies in China Academic Journals Full-text Database, most of the researches are lack of rigorous and credible RCT (randomized controlled trial). Therefore, this article summarized the views of Chinese and western medicine on GERD, in order to shorten the gap between the two medical cultures. We hope to give positive significance to future researches and clinical treatments.
