探討痔瘡的傳統針刺方法

痔瘡的盛行率在現代社會中非常高，病機雖然簡單，還是困擾著許多人。本篇論文搜尋台灣期刊論文索引系統、中國期刊全文數據庫有關針灸治療痔瘡的期刊，發現有臨床上許多方法可以治療痔瘡，而針灸治療符合現代人要求療效快速、確實、簡單，藉此探討傳統針灸在痔瘡上的療效是否比西醫手術與保守治療更簡單，效果更立竿見影，文中彙整中西醫對痔瘡的瞭解，並整理近代有做臨床針灸實驗的論文，希望可以勉勵中醫師積極地處理患有痔瘡的病人，並有自信心治癒病人，同時也提供一般民眾有關痔瘡的知識，讓大眾知道傳統中醫的治療模式效果並不會比西醫差。

The prevalence of hemorrhoid is quite high in modern society. Many people suffer from hemorrhoid, even though its pathogenesis is simple. In this article, we search the researches about hemorrhoid treated with acupuncture in the Taiwan Perio Path (Index to Taiwan Periodical Index System of National Central Library) and CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure). We found out that there are numerous therapeutic methods to treat hemorrhoid with acupuncture. Acupuncture meets the requirements of modern people that efficacy should be rapid, reliable and simple. We compared the therapeutic efficacy among traditional acupuncture with surgery and conservative therapy, and exam whether acupuncture is simpler and more effective. We compile the data about clinical therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, and sort out papers about hemorrhoid treated with acupuncture clinically. We hope that our research would encourage Chinese Medical doctors to practice acupuncture upon patients with hemorrhoid more aggressively and confidently. Besides, our research provides medical knowledge for the populace that the therapeutic model of practicing acupuncture is beneficial and not inferior to western medicine model in treating hemorrhoids.
