目的:本研究旨在瞭解臨床護理人員之情境-特質性焦慮、工作壓力及職場疲勞的感受,並評值正念減壓(MBSR)於臨床護理人員工作壓力之成效。方法:本研究為實驗性研究,研究對象為北部某醫學中心之臨床護理人員,有效收案數共43人,實驗組參加每週2小時之正念減壓團體共8次,每天按CD練習10分鐘並每週完成五次回家作業,研究對象需自填個人基本資料、情境-特質性焦慮量表(STAI)、護理人員工作壓力量表(NWSQ)以及職場疲勞量表(MBI)等問卷。結果:在工作壓力與職場疲勞方面後測平均值較前測減少,在情境-特質性焦慮部分,焦慮度反而增高,但未達統計上顯著差異性,顯示正念減壓團體在護理人員工作壓力及職場疲勞,但仍有一定程度的改善,推測焦慮度增高的情境可能與醫院評鑑前的預評活動有關。結論:正念減壓團體有助於護理人員察覺自己的情緒狀態,當面對病人及自己情緒困擾時更有慈悲心,且能建立壓力因應技巧與活絡支持系統,降低工作壓力與職場疲勞,進而改善工作滿意度,提升照護品質。
Purpose: This study aims to understand the state-trait anxiety, work stress and occupational burnout of clinical nurses, and to evaluate the effectiveness of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program on mitigating work stress of clinical nurses. Methods: This study is an experimental study. The research subjects are clinical nurses from a medical center in northern Taiwan. There are 43 effective cases. The experimental group participated in a two-hour MBSR group per week for eight session, practiced for ten minutes every day according to the CD issued, and completed home assignments five times a week. Research subjects were required to fill in basic personal information, State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI), Nursing Work Stress Questionnaire (NWSQ) and Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), among others. Results: In terms of work stress and occupational burnout, the post-test mean value was lower than that of the pre-test. For STAI, the anxiety level is higher. Nevertheless, it does not amount to a statistically significant difference. This indicates that the MBSR group still faces work stress and occupational burnout, even though there is a certain degree of improvement. It is speculated that the states of increased anxiety may be related to the pre-assessment activities of the hospital. Conclusion: MBSR helps nurses to be aware of their emotional states, making them more compassionate when facing patients' and their own emotional distress. They are also able to establish stress coping skills and a flexible support system to reduce work stress and occupational burnout. This will, thereby, improve their work satisfaction and quality of care.
