「有錄無書」與《史記》亡篇新考

A New Study on ＂You Lu Wu Shu＂ and the Lost Chapters of the Shiji

摘要

學界對《史記》「十篇有錄無書」，及其在西漢時期流傳情況的異說甚多，至今尚無定論，筆者認為此爭論應從《漢書．藝文志》的著錄與文例解決。考察《漢書．藝文志》可知「有錄無書」反映劉向（77-6 BC）校書完成時的文本狀態，即原書有提要性質的書錄，而無正文。前人將「有錄」理解為由劉向校書的書錄，這一觀點是錯誤的。在劉向校書以前，《史記》主流版本已出現「十篇有錄無書」的亡佚情況，這對於進一步理解褚少孫續補活動有重要意義。此外，透過對「有錄無書」一詞的重新認識，也可對《夾氏傳》的文獻情況提出新見。總之，此研究對於反思早期文獻性質，及文獻學基本觀念均有裨益。

Scholars have quite different views towards the spread of the Shiji (Records of the Grand Historian 史記) in the Western Han Dynasty and a record that appears in many works, ＂Shi Pian You Lu Wu Shu (There are ten chapters in the Shiji that are only recorded in the catalog but have no content 十篇有錄無書),＂ resulting in an ongoing debate. This paper reexamines this issue by investigating the content and style of the Hanshu Yiwenzhi (＂the Treatise on Literature＂ 藝文志 of the Book of Han 漢書). As a result, this paper claims that ＂You Lu＂ does not refer to the catalog compiled by Liu Xiang (劉向, 77-6 BC), since mainstream version of Shiji had already had such a situation of ＂Shi Pian You Lu Wu Shu＂ before Liu's work. This paper contributes to the reflection on the basic concept of Chinese philology and the nature of early literature.
