大專學生先天潛能類型評估量表之建立

本研究的目的是先以先天潛能相關的理論及研究為基礎，對照到皮紋檢測系統的原有向度，建構出一個大專學生先天潛能類型評估量表，接著便進行資料的收集與信效度分析，再透過與專業採樣儀器所得相關數據做一比較，以建立該問卷的可靠度，作為往後相關採樣研究時資料有效性的依據。此外，也藉由本研究資料探討皮紋特徵、行為特徵及先天潛能評量所可能呈現的行為特質與實際表現之間及先天學習風格、先天學習類型與實際表現之間的相關程度，建立先天潛能類型評量之常模。本研究結果經分析後，有下列的結論：（一）本研究順利發展出一套屬於大專學生先天潛能類型評估量表。（二）本研究也確定了大專學生先天潛能類型評估量表的鑑別度、效度及信度。（三）本研究建立大專學生先天潛能類型的初探性常模。本研究所研發出的具科學驗證、高準確度的實用「先天潛能評量」系統，未來可以應用於教育、企業人力資源、心理輔導等，讓個人特質潛能做最有效的發揮。另外，本研究以建立大專學生先天潛能類型評估常模為基礎，未來亦可向下延伸至高中生，提供高中生適性發展重要之參考指標。

The purpose of this study was to develop an innate intelligence inventory for college students. Based on the theoretical and practical perspectives of Dermatoglyphics, the study set up an exploratory analysis of the innate intelligence system which included item analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, criterion-related validity, and norm system. Eight hundred and two college students (28.3% male and 71.1% female) respond the questions of the innate intelligence inventory. The results of the study reveal that the innate intelligence inventory has an acceptable reliability and validity. Also, the study set up and exploratory norm system for college students. In a word, this study can help everyone discover and develop according his own strengths and can be applied in many fields, such as education, human resources, and career plan training.
