摘要

技術創新是一種通過技術變革，培養新的經濟增長點，有效地促進經濟增長的可行思路。它的模式是多種多樣的。常見的有，率先創新模式和模仿創新模式。每個企業可根據自己的實際情況和條件，選擇適合自身的模式。但台灣中小企業有技術創新活動的企業中，有研發活動的中小企業比例明顯偏低，這情形在製造業方面的差異更是明顯。台灣地區的企業目前已經體認到創新活動之於中小企業確有其必要性。本文即探討台灣中小企業面臨技術創新的現況以及產生的各種問題。

Technological innovation is a diverse, many-folded and practical technological evolution, stimulating new economic growth and effectively aggrandizing this growth. The most common models are innovation invented and innovation imitated. An enterprise can choose the most suitable model according to its own situations and conditions. However, there are small numbers of Taiwan small and medium enterprises devoting themselves to technological innovation activities, especially in the manufacturing industries. Taiwan enterprises now have recognized the necessity of technological innovation activities in small and medium enterprises. Hence, this paper discusses the various problems and situations small and medium enterprises face during the process of technological innovation in Taiwan.
