摘要

本文在统计理论上改进J.B.Parker公式，提出了L检验法；推广了T^2检验的使用条件；在此基础上解决了小样本条件下均值向量和协方差矩阵的同时检验问题。以上成果全部已应用于刑事技术，先后破获百余起重大要案。

The paper improves J.B Parker formula on the statistical theory, puts forward L testing method and extends the applicable conditions about the method of T-Square test. On the base of these work, it is solved to test mean vector and covariance matrix simultaneously under the condition of finite sample. All these results have been applied on forensic science and hundreds of fatal cases have been solved.
