摘要

构建和谐社会的成果可以从物质文明建设水平、政治文明建设水平、精神文明建设水平、社会文明建设水平和生态文明建设水平五个方面综合反映出来；围绕这五个方面建立了由四个层次、50个指标构成的评价指标体系；提出了一套用层次分析法确定各指标的权重、用模糊隶属度函数方法对指标进行无量纲化处理、用线性加权和函数方法计算综合评价结果的对和谐社会构建进程综合评价的方法。

The achievements in constructing harmonious society can be reflected from five aspects: developing levels of material civilization, political civilization, spiritual civilization, social civilization and ecological civilization; here, the text sets up a set of judging index which is composed of four layers or fifty indexes and, moreover, the author puts forward the method that using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine their weight, utilizing the fuzzy subjection function to do the non-dimensional deal with indexes, and obtaining the comprehensive results of judgment through the function of linear and weighted sum.
