台灣能源科技產業之發展概況與預測

摘要

政府2015年經濟發展願景第一階段三年衝刺計畫（2007－2009）中提出產業發展套案，其中產業發展套案的新興產業之一為綠色產業，包含了能源科技產業。本研究根據國科會專題研究計畫資料庫，整理能源科技產業在我國的發展現況、產業人力需求狀況，並以統計預測模型中的二重指數平滑法進行未來趨勢的預估。透過分析與預測，過去幾年我國能源科技產業的發展成長幅度很高，推估未來會較緩和地穩定成長，包括研究件數、核定金額、及研究人才數量。建議國內政府相關單位，應鼓勵產學合作，在能源科技產業開發新技術，及進行相關研究，並積極培養能源科技產業研發人才。

The first phase (2007-2009) of the government vision for economic development in 2015 presented the industrial development package including setting new industry which contains green industry. Energy technology industry is one kind of green industry. This study adopts the research project databank of National Science Council in Taiwan to state the status quo of energy technology industry including the number of research projects, research manpower, and the amount of sponsored money from 1997 to 2008. Additionally, two re-index of law-related prediction was used to predict the model from 2009 to 2013. The data shows that the development of energy technology industry grows quickly in past years, however, it will grow gently and stably in the future. The government should encourage industry-academic collaboration, and foster research manpower of energy technology industry.
