摘要

中國中小企業佔有全體企業的99%以上，也隨著中小企業的迅速發展，在經濟上的重要性也與日俱增，對於社會穩定也具有十分重要的意義。面對金融海嘯的衝擊，中小企業也是最容易受到傷害的群體，受到各界的普遍關注和重視。故本研究主要以中國中小企業為研究對象，探討中小企業的績效與發展情形。本研究運用資料採礦技術，包含隨機森林、支持向量機、Boosting等方法，建立中小企業績效評等模型，獲取影響企業發展之重要因子，瞭解企業在生產、營利、資金流動、勞動力需求等方面的營運表現。並且進行企業績效評分，將各個項目加權計算，最後以分數的方式評估出企業綜合表現與優劣程度。本研究問卷共有企業的三期資料，從不同的階段瞭解各期間中小企業受到景氣影響之差異，並且了解企業對於未來情形的期待。透過本研究，建立具有客觀性審核企業的績效指標，提供一套企業評分制度，給予企業的經營者，判斷整體的綜合表現和走勢情況，發覺企業本身問題並做出改進，提早做出適當的決策。

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are over 99 percent in all the China enterprises. With the development of SMEs, the position is more important in economics. Because of worldwide financial tsunami, SMEs get crisis easily, and they are be concerted by groups. So, in this study will focus on the SMEs, to realize performance and development. By using Data Mining technology, establish Random Forest, SVM and Boosting model. To get the important factors, and also realize the performance of produce, profit, capital flight and labor. This study will calculate all items. Finally give the scores. The Questionnaire includes three seasons' data. It shows environment factor influent SMEs in the different stages. According to the research, it set the index of enterprises and also provide the score system. Give the managers more the information, so they can find the problem early. And then make the good decision.
