利用資料採礦技術探索健康篩檢資料庫

The Data Mining Research in Health Screening Database

摘要


透過社區健康篩檢活動民眾可了解自身的健康狀況,並且能傳達健康促進的訊息給民眾,以達到健康促進或健康城市之目標。過去常見的健康篩檢活動的成果報告中,呈現的通常是醫學領域已知的疾病危險因子與疾病之間的關聯性探討,如三高(高血壓、高血糖、高膽固醇)與疾病之間的關係,然欠缺進一步去了解或探究隱藏在複合式健康篩檢資料庫中尚不為人知的疾病因子間之相關資訊。本研究主要目的即針對南部某縣治衛生單位所建立的複合式健康篩檢資料庫,利用資料採礦分析技巧與羅吉斯迴歸模式,進行探索發生糖尿病的危險因子,結果發現除在國內外文獻中已被發表的可能危險因子如年齡、血糖、腰圍與臀圍之外,本研究挖掘出二個較不為人注意的可能潛在的危險因子,即GPT與地理區,值得後續醫學或流行病學研究深入探討。

To construct a healthy city, community health screening is a good way not only to make the public understand their health situation, but also to deliver health knowledge to them. In the past, most reports presented the correlation between the disease and risk factors that had been known in medicine, but less between the potential factors in health screening database and disease. For this reason, the study utilized data mining technology and logistic regression model to uncover the disease risk factors of diabetes from health screening database. The studied database was obtained from a south county of Taiwan. The results of this study was finding out several disease risk factors. Some of them were well known before, such as age, blood sugar, waistline and hipline. Some of them were seldom mentioned before, such as GPT and geographical features. It was worthy to conduct a more precision medical or epidemic experiment to prove the new risk factors that found in this study.
