摘要

要將健康資料變成可以隨需即用的雲端化指標，就必須先成立健康資料加值應用協作平台，將個別健康資料予以加值，以產生具應用價值之集體統計資訊，在自主、效率及安全的前提下，透過虛擬機器及虛擬私有網路，建置健康資訊整合加值系統，提供政府單位、研究學者及醫藥產業等有效的健康指標查詢系統及健康資料協作平台，達成健康指標及次級資料雲端化服務的計畫目標。

If you want to change the health data to cloud index that you can use everywhere, you have to set up a health data value-added applications cooperation platform. To value-added each health data and produce collective statistics information which have application value. Before the premise of autonomy, efficiency and safety, through virtual machines and virtual private network, set up a health information integration bonus system can provide a useful health index and health data cooperation platform for government, researchers and medical industry to reach the plan objectives in health index and second data cloud services.
