新北市健康指標概況分析

摘要

醫療資源分配、醫療需求及人民之健康和政府及人民是息息相關的，本研究主要目的在呈現新北市於醫療供給面、醫療需求面與健康結果三面向健康指標之時間變動趨勢並呈現新北市和全國其他縣市及新北市各鄉鎮間之差異，提供新北市衛生當局在健康政策制定與醫療資源配置上之參考依據。醫療供給面主要呈現新北市於醫療資源供給之健康指標，其中包括西醫師數、病床數與醫療院所家數等分析。醫療需求面主要呈現新北市之健保需求與利用指標，其中健保需求包括健保投保單位數、保險對象人數、平均投保金額與應收保險費，而健保利用指標有門住診就診率、門住診醫療費用、手術處置人次等分析。健康結果主要呈現新北市之生命與死因統計，其中包括平均餘命、粗出生率、粗死亡率、死亡年齡中位數、標準化死亡率、前十大死因及前十大癌症標準化死亡率、自殺死亡率、事故傷害死亡率及事故傷害平均生命年數損失等於各行政區別比較分析。本文亦進行五都資料之彙整以呈現五大行政區域於醫療資源與利用之消長分析。

Medical resources of allocation, medical demand, health of people and government are closely related. The main purpose of this study presents New Taipei City in the medical supply, demand and health .The results three of the health indicators for times change and presents new trends in New Taipei City and other cities and counties nationwide, and New Taipei City differences between various towns, then to provide New Taipei City health authorities in health policy formulation and allocation of medical resources on the reference basis.The mainly characterized of New Taipei City's health indicators is medical resources, including the number of physicians, hospitals Number of beds and other analysis.The mainly characterized of New Taipei City's Medical demand is indicators and the use of National Health Insurance needs indicators that including National Health Insurance number of units, the number of insured, the average amount of insurance coverage and premiums receivable, and National Health Insurance use indicators to doors inpatient treatment rate, the door inpatient medical expenses, surgical disposal trips and other analytical.The mainly characterized of New Taipei City's health outcomes is life and death statistics, including life expectancy, crude birth rate, crude death rate, the median age of death, standardized mortality rate, the top ten top ten causes of death and standardized mortality rate of cancer deaths by suicide rates of injury mortality and injury average number of years of life lost is equal to the difference between the various administrative comparative analysis.This study also conducted five city's information is compiled to present the five administrative regions in the growth and decline of health care resources and Use analysis.
