摘要

大數據在醫療領域的發展與應用日益重要，本文從大數據的緣起來介紹各界對於大數據4V，也就是巨量性(Volume)、即時性(Velocity)、多樣性(Variety)、真實性(Veracity)的定義，並以此來對醫療數據進行盤點，說明醫療相關的數據種類、現今的應用面向、健保資料庫的介紹以及未來醫療大數據的發展趨勢，將醫療大數據做完整的介紹，來對於醫療大數據有近一步的認識。

Big data in healthcare development and application are more and more important. In this study, firstly, we explained the four V's: volum, variety, velocy, and veracity in big data. Secondly, we used the four V's definition to introduce what kind of healthcare data. Thirdly, we talked about the application of big data in healthcare. Fourly, we explained the application of the National Health Insurance Research Database in Taiwan. Finally, we introduced future developments of big data in healthcare.
