采集台湾工业指数资料（1982 年 1 月到 2001 年 12 月）和台湾技术创新资料库制造业的数据，导入到 SQL Server2000 数据库，对该主题分布情况进行多角度的数据挖掘，运用决策树分类算法，阐述台湾制造业的现状和困境，探究台湾工业和制造业技术创新的发展动态数据挖掘技术的应用和效果预测问题
