摘要

道路交通安全與順暢是全民共同注目與關心的議題，而政府所推動的各項交通事故防制措施，主要係從交通3E政策─「教育」、「工程」與「執法」著手，亦即運用交通安全宣導策略、完善交通工程設施與嚴正交通執法作為，以營造安全行車空間與建立正確交通安全意識，達成保障用路人生命與財產安全的目標。本文就新北市A1類（造成人員當場或24小時內死亡）道路交通事故資料分析，期能提供制訂道路交通安全決策之參考。

Road traffic safety and smoothness are common issues of concern and concern to all people. The measures taken by the Government to promote traffic accidents are mainly based on the traffic 3E policy - ＂education＂, ＂engineering＂ and ＂law enforcement＂. Traffic safety advocacy strategy, improve the traffic engineering facilities and strict traffic enforcement as a way to create a safe driving space and establish a correct traffic safety awareness, to achieve the goal of ensuring the safety of passers-by life and property. This paper provides a reference for the development of road traffic safety decision-making in the analysis of the road traffic accident data of the New North City Class A1 (which resulted in the death of the personnel on the spot or within 24 hours).
