桃園縣復興鄉行政園區規劃之研究

摘要

復興鄉為桃園縣唯一的山地鄉，自然、人文景觀資源豐富，並富含泰雅原民文化的特色。因應桃園縣即將成為台灣第六都，本研究擬透過「行政園區」的建築規劃，結合泰雅原民文化及重要景觀，凸顯復興鄉特色，以達到有效推廣復興鄉各項施政、文化及觀光行銷的目的。由於復興鄉行政園區具有獨特的地理、歷史及人文背景，因此行政園區之規劃除應考慮居民申辦各項行政業務之效能性及便利性外，在建築規劃上，本研究除將當地特有之歷史文化及景觀納入建築規劃考量外，同時在外部空間規劃上與既有商圈、文化節慶等活動相聯結，以塑造復興鄉獨特之風貌。

Fusing-Hsing Township is the only mountainous township in Taoyuan County, and contains abundant natural and the cultural resources, reflecting the culture of the Ta-Yal people. Because Taoyuan County will soon become the sixth largest city in Taiwan, this study uses an executive park plan to unifing Ta-Yal aboriginal culture and significant landscapes to displaly the character of Fusing-Hsing Township. This effort will achieve public policy goals and further cultural and sightseeing development in Fusing-Hsing.Because of the Fusing-Hsing Executive Park's unique geographic, historical, and cultural background, Executive Park plans should consider the needs of residents during administrative affairs. Regarding the architectural plan, this study not only integrates the area's culture, history, and landscape with architectural design, but connects the business and festival and areas' exterior spatial designs to produce a unique style for Fusing-Hsing Township.
