開放式物聯網架構下的智慧綠建築設計樣式

Smart-Green Building Design Patterns under Open-Structured IOT

摘要


本研究聚焦於探討智慧綠建材設計樣式庫,以接軌於物聯網的發展架構。隨著物聯網(Internet of Things,IOT)應用概念逐漸廣泛,建築領域在U化發展願景下,亦導向以「建築為資訊載體」的概念。建築物各部份建材將須採開放式構造,並嵌入資訊模組,此種新建材成為未來物聯網(感測、網路、應用管理)三層式架構中重要的前端物件。建築物透過嵌入感測網路的智慧建材,蒐集流通建築物內外環境資訊,進而傳送到建築能源管理系統(BEMS)、家庭閘道器或雲端資料中心等運算核心,以產生服務應用。因此當今建材研發的兩大策略可分為:「傳統建材ICT化與模組化」、「傳統資通訊材料建材化」。基於物聯網架構,本研究採取的研究方法包含:(1)文獻回顧、(2)案例調查、(3)專家評估,本研究所獲得之成果包含:(1)智慧綠建築設計樣式庫、(2)智慧綠建築設計樣式關連模型、(3)智慧綠建築設計樣式雛型。

This study focuses on developing a pattern library of smart-green building materials under the framework of IOT (Internet of Things). The vision of ubiquitous computing drives the building design direction into conveyers of ICT (information and communication technology). Every building component will trend to be open-structured and with ICT modules embedded. These new species of building materials will become important front-end objects for the 3-tier structure (sensing, connecting, and managing) of IOT. Building materials connected to sensor networks enable the collection and circulation of indoor/outdoor environmental information to the central processing unit, such as Building Energy Management System (BEMS), Home Gateway or Cloud data center, in order to generate services. Therefore, current strategies for building material R&D are: (1) to enhance building material with ICT modules; (2) to renovate ICT facilities embodied into building materials.Based on the framework of IOT, in order to achieve the project goals of (1) pattern library of smart-green design; (2) relational model of smart-green design patterns; (3) a prototype study of smart-green design pattern, research methods of literature review, case study, and expert evaluation were conducted.
