Evaluating Supply Chain Agility of a Firm Using a Fuzzy Multiple Attributes Analysis

模糊多屬性分析應用於廠商之供應鏈敏捷性評估

摘要


對於確保供應鏈的競爭力,廠商之供應鏈敏捷性評估具有重要的策略性功能,在相關文獻的討論日益增加。針對供應鏈敏捷性評估,傳統衡量方法都是採取理論性或客觀性評估,大多沒有考慮敏捷性維度與尺度之重要性與績效性的主觀性評估。本文提出一種模糊多屬性分析之兩階段評估模式,其中運用MELOWGA運算子的模糊語意融合方法,有效率地處理評估資訊中的模糊性與不精確性,適合於不確定決策環境下廠商之供應鏈敏捷性評估。在評估廠商之供應鏈敏捷性時,不僅可以發現供應鏈敏捷性的改善時機,更可以確定供應鏈敏捷性的最佳改善方向。最後,例釋與模擬本方法,顯示出本法之語意評估是合理的。

The supply chain agility of a firm has become increasingly important. This study thus builds a decision-making structure model of a firm's supply chain agility (FSCA) in supply chain management development. Traditional approaches have tried objectively to evaluate FSCA, and are theoretical and involve only two or three dimensions. The importance grade for agility dimensions, and the subjective evaluation of FSCA have seldom been addressed. The objective of this research is to develop a decision making model using fuzzy multiple attributes analysis to improving the FSCA evaluation process. Numerous attributes considered for FSCA evaluation exhibit ambiguity and imprecision. This paper presents an evaluation hierarchy for evaluating FSCA, then proposes a two-stage algorithm for determining the FSCA. The proposed method involved developing a fuzzy linguistic fusion method of linguistic information. The developed model evaluates the FSCA that can assist decision makers in finding the need for improving FSCA, and determining the dimensions of FSCA as the best directions to improvement. The evaluation results of this paper are objective and unbiased due to the fuzzy fusion method used in this study has more advantage to preserve all the given information. Additionally, an example using a case study is used to illustrate the availability of the proposed method. Finally, we also show that the linguistic assessment of FSCA is reasonable.
