年輕人開設服飾店之關鍵成功因素:I.質性研究

The Critical Successful Factors for Young Man to Found a Clothing Store: I. Qualitative Research

摘要


本研究用質性研究探討年輕人開設服飾店之關鍵成功因素。以半結構訪談法,進行訪談十位開設服飾零售店且年資三年以上的年輕服飾老闆;先將訪談內容錄音並轉成逐字稿,將訪談大綱分類後,再進行資料編碼並加以分析與歸納。透過語意分析後,整理結果其涵蓋範圍有「經營管理」、「行銷策略」、「服務品質」、「營業技能」、「立地條件」等五大構面,可用來瞭解分析現今服飾業展店關鍵因素之重要性。最後將其因素探析出結論以提供未來想要展店之服飾店經營者能瞭解其關鍵因素以提高其成功機率並作為參考依據。

The research explores the critical success factors for young man to found a clothing store through qualitative research. Semi-structured interviews were used to interview ten young bosses who have runned clothing stores more than three years. The data are recorded and semantic analyzed after interviewing, the critical success factors includes "management", "marketing strategy", "quality of service", "business skills", and "site conditions". The results would provide suggestions to those young men who desire to found a clothing store.
