如何以學校專業發展活動提升教師學習動力:國小教師觀點的分析

HOW TO ENHANCE TEACHERS’ LEARNING MOTIVATION THROUGH SCHOOL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

摘要


本研究是以探究教師專業發展動機與學校教師專業發展現況為焦點,選擇一所國民小學進行個案研究,並利用動機理論、教師專業發展理論與成人學習原則詮釋研究發現。九位教師與一位校長接受訪問,也檢視個案學校教師專業發展活動的相關文件。所蒐集的資料透過持續比較法,進行資料的分析與詮釋。最後,提出結論與建議做為學校領導者未來設計有助於提升教師專業發展活動的參考。

The study aimed to understand the motivation of teachers engage in professional development and how teachers assess various professional development activities. To attain the goal, a qualitative case study was used in a elementary school as a example. 9 teachers and a principle were interviewed, professional development documents were reviewed also. Data was analyzed using a constant comparative method. At last, drawing conclusions and suggestions to aid school leaders in developing activities that enhance teacher professional development.
