摘要


《我來自新村》系列專題影片透過第一代、第二代和第三代新村村民的見證與體驗,成功形塑馬來半島華人新村普遍形象。肩負歷史書寫的重擔,製作團隊應從更多元的種族問題、城鄉差距和階級等面向突顯新村問題。雖然類型和風格製作過程相對輕鬆和易於控制收視風險,但普遍化和扁平化華人新村文化實體,最終可能消除新村的文化性與歷史性,讓華人新村掉入另一個詮釋旋渦中一去不復返。

The series of My New Village Stories successfully shape the images of Malay Peninsula and Chinese New Village through the eyes of the first, second, and the third generations of villagers. Bearing the responsibility of history, the production team should highlight the issues facing Chinese New Village from the perspectives of multiple racial problems, the difference existing between city, countryside and social status. Although the genre, style, and the production process of the series are relatively relaxed and the risk of watching is easy to control, the cultural entity of Chinese New Village is generalized and decentralized, which may finally eliminate the cultural and historical features of Chinese New Village in return and make Chinese New Village be interpreted in a totally wrong way.
