Standard Deviation and Field Synergy Theory on Mountain Roof Style-Vertical Farm

並列摘要

In today's building compact direct impacts the development of traditional agriculture. Able land area is less and the traditional agriculture suffered compression. Humans use modern development in industry and technology, to overcome bad climate and increasingly serious environmental pollution. Therefore, there have been a greenhouse farms, vertical farms, factories, and other intelligent plant farm. In this study, simulation and analysis of LED light factory-type plants are grown form different positions of the inlet velocity u, v, w, and its size, inlet and outlet temperature, LED light strip temperature and LED color located with cooling fin tube cooling system, heat load and other parameters to simulate the plant growing pattern. By field synergy theory and standard deviation, we can calculated the average temperature difference, optimum temperature, into and outlet position optimization analysis in the greenhouse space. COMSOL software are used for analysis in this case. The study found that the lower the field synergy angle, velocity and temperature gradient generated more parallel to the cooling effect of greenhouse space as possible. The field synergy theory can be used to assess the position of the wind greenhouse space and provide future greenhouse construction, an indicator of optimal design of the building plant factory developed flow field for thermal comfort and the impact of growing pattern. Use COMSOL software to simulate speed and temperature fields, and crops suitable growing pattern. Simulation results show that different air inlets of greenhouse space can be significantly improved the plant growing pattern, the velocity field becomes more stable, the pressure is uniform. And according to the simulation results by field synergy theory and standard deviation shows the temperature difference between the flow velocity and temperature gradient field of collaborative as possible, that is, the smaller the synergy angle so that the best place to find out from into and outlet parameters.
