摘要

本研究旨在探討投資人是否有效率地使用券商投資建議與融券資訊。研究結果顯示，在台灣股票市場中，投資人使用券商投資建議與融券餘額這兩項資訊，所形成的投資決策，可以在股票市場中獲得長期間（12個月）的未來異常報酬。而且，進一步的分析發現，在控制其他未來股票報酬預測因子之後，券商投資建議與融券餘額的合併指標對未來股票報酬仍具有增額資訊內涵。研究成果顯示市場投資人可能未有效率地使用券商投資建議與融券餘額資訊，呈現反應不足現象。

We investigate whether investors use the information of security analyst recommendations and short interests effectively. We find security analyst recommendations and short interests is significantly associated with 1-year abnormal returns. We find analyst recommendations and short interests incrementally predicts future stock returns after controlling for previously identified risk factors. Our results show that investors fail to use security analyst recommendations and short interests effectively.
