酒類專賣店採用新零售成功關鍵因素之研究

摘要


新零售是阿里巴巴馬雲於2016年提出的概念,此一概念吸引各界探討,然而除了馬雲本身有給予定義外,各界也出現非常多不同對於新零售的定義。因此本研究透過新零售結合酒類專賣店的概念,找出酒類專賣店新零售的關鍵成功因素,作為本文研究重點。研究方法採取專家意見調查、模糊德爾菲法對構面與因素進行篩選,並且使用模糊多準則決策法,來確認酒類專賣店新零售之權重與排序。

"New retail" is a concept proposed by Alibaba Mayun in 2016. This concept attracts all walks of life. However, in addition to Mayun's own definition, there are also many different definitions for "New retail" in academic circles. Therefore, this study uses the concept of new retail to combine liquor stores. Find out the key success factors of the new retail of liquor stores, as the focus of this study. This study uses Experts Investigation Method and Fuzzy Delphi Method to sift the indicators out and to sum up the relationship. Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) is later used to calculate the weight of indicators and sum up the priority of indicators and plans.
