The Mediating Effect of Organizational Socialization on Proactive Personality and Organizational Citizenship Behavior among Temporary Workers in Taiwan

摘要


The number of the temporary workers are increasing in Taiwan also. This research aims to investigate the relationship between proactive personality and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and mediates the effect of organizational socialization among temporary workers. Data were collected 85 samples are temporary workers from public sectors in Taiwan. This study adopted quantitative research design and online, paper-based questionnaires to test the hypotheses. Data analysis will use SPSS 23.0, descriptive analysis factor analysis and correlation analysis.

約聘員工的議題近年來討論的非常熱烈,而台灣的約聘員工也越來越多,進而產生的議題也越來越廣闊。本研究主要是探討以組織社會化為中介,藉由積極主動性的人格進而去影響組織公民行為,探討約聘人員即便有組織社會化。本研究採用便利抽樣發放問卷蒐集資料,回收85個受訪者皆為政府機關約聘人員,接著以SPSS來分析數據以及驗證假設
