The number of the temporary workers are increasing in Taiwan also. This research aims to investigate the relationship between proactive personality and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and mediates the effect of organizational socialization among temporary workers. Data were collected 85 samples are temporary workers from public sectors in Taiwan. This study adopted quantitative research design and online, paper-based questionnaires to test the hypotheses. Data analysis will use SPSS 23.0, descriptive analysis factor analysis and correlation analysis.
