摘要


Present study investigates the modular high-lift device for fixed-wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV). The device is designed to construct on the belly of UAV and has individual control system, actuators and power supply systems. The active attitude feedback system is installed by Arduino development board and MPU-6050 electric gyro. It can automatically adjust attitude of high-lift wing based on the aircraft attitude variation to supply additional lift. And a Li-Po battery is used for long time operation. Its appearance is developed by CATIA and can simulate actuation of all subsystems. The main structure and wing are made by balsa wood and strengthened by glass fiber. The aerodynamic properties of its shape are tested via the smoke flow wind tunnel experiments to reduce appearance drag. Real flight test reveals the flight performance at high angle of attack is much better during high-lift system is working. This feature is very good for flying under strong head wind especially at bad weather.
