Competitive Priorities for Electronic-Product Company

Electronic products like cell phone, computer and camera become popular necessaries in current years, also UN reports 68 hundred million cell phones used in whole world. In order to satisfy the consumer needs, electronic products companies must content their demand by plentiful and rapid design. That means manufacturing supplier especially original equipment manufacturer of electronic-product components should have strong ability of adaptation production line. Thus it can be seen important of production line in a manufacturer, correct competitive priorities adopted could influence business performance bring about a company operation. So the thesis hypothesizes competitive priorities (cost, delivery, quality and flexibility) of production line would significant affect business performance (market share, customer satisfaction, competitive position, customer retention, sales growth, return on investment and overall firm performance. By result of analysis reveals the hypothesis is success. Therefore, companies could improvement business performance via competitive priorities.
