The Impact of Proactive Personality, Needs for Achievement, Individual Reflexivity on Individual Creativity

Creativities are emerged to the most important issues for an organization to survive. Moreover, most organizations expect to find high creativity employees from inside or outside the firm. People who has needs of achievement is more willing to work hard and find the new way to do things. Workers who they have high individual reflexivity are often considered to be impacted on creativity. Companies have a lot of efforts to help employees develop their skills, knowledge, and abilities. The pervious researches had found proactive personality interact with need of achievement and individuality reflexivity. Therefore, we strongly propose that workers who high need for achievement will have high individual creativity and workers high individual reflexivity will show high individual creativity. The data are collected from Taiwan, Vietnam and Thailand, each country collected 100 samples. Measurement of the study have tested for validity and reliability. Multiple regression analysis are used for data analysis. The findings indicated that needs for achievement, individual reflexivity and proactive personality are relevant to individual creativity with employees in Taiwan, Vietnam and Thailand.
