Tl-201 is an analog of potassium and has clinical application in cardiology and oncology. Tl-201 SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging is a routine protocol for evaluation of myoischemia. In here, we emphasize the role of raw multiple angle projection when interpret Tl-201 SPECT myocardial perfusion imaging.
