A 70 y/o woman was a victim of diffuse large B cell lymphoma. She developed rapidly progressive sensorimotor impairment of four limbs and blurred vision 2 months after completion of systemic therapy. F-18 FDG PET/CT scan showed focal areas of increased FDG uptake in supra-sella region, C5-6 spinal cord and nerve roots of C6, MRI revealed congruently diffuse involvement in the corresponding regions, suggesting neurolymphomatosis.
