Neurolymphomatosis Diagnosed by F-18 FDG PET/CT

摘要

一位70歲女性是瀰漫性大B細胞淋巴瘤患者，在完成化學治療及放射治療的療程2個月後，出現四肢無力及視力模糊的神經學症狀。安排氟－18去氧葡萄糖正子斷層造影發現不正常氟－18去氧葡萄糖攝取增加於蝶鞍上區域，C5－6脊髓及C6神經根。核磁共振影像也在同樣區域顯示出神經侵犯。根據先前淋巴瘤病史及影像結果，診斷病人為神經淋巴瘤。

A 70 y/o woman was a victim of diffuse large B cell lymphoma. She developed rapidly progressive sensorimotor impairment of four limbs and blurred vision 2 months after completion of systemic therapy. F-18 FDG PET/CT scan showed focal areas of increased FDG uptake in supra-sella region, C5-6 spinal cord and nerve roots of C6, MRI revealed congruently diffuse involvement in the corresponding regions, suggesting neurolymphomatosis.
