Lung Involvement of Gastric Mucosa-Associated Lymphocytic Tissue Lymphoma Demonstrated by F-18 FDG PET/CT

摘要


氟-18氟化去氧葡萄糖正子電腦斷層造影用來評估黏膜相關淋巴組織淋巴瘤的角色尚未被定位,本文報告一位胃黏膜相關淋巴組織淋巴瘤的病人,其氟-18氟化去氧葡萄糖正子電腦斷層造影顯現胃無不正常的氟化去氧葡萄糖攝取,但肺部卻有多處輕微氟化去氧葡萄糖代謝增高性病灶,這些病灶後來經組織學檢查證實是黏膜相關淋巴組織淋巴瘤。本例似可印證:氟-18氟化去氧葡萄糖正子電腦斷層造影可有效地偵測出胃黏膜相關淋巴組織淋巴瘤的多器官侵犯,而且可能應用於該疾病的分期。

The role of Fluorine-18-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography and computed tomography (F- 18 FDG PET/CT) in the evaluation of mucosa-associated lymphocytic tissue (MALT) lymphoma has been controversial. We demonstrate a patient with gastric MALT lymphoma whose F-18 FDG PET/CT revealed no abnormal gastric uptake but mild hypermetabolic uptake in several intrapulmonary lesions those were histologically proven to be MALT lymphoma. This case implies the effectiveness of F-18 FDG PET/CT to show multi-organ involvement of gastric MALT lymphoma and the possible utility in staging this disease.
