微積分課程創新教學改進-以化工系107-108學年度學生為例

摘要


科技大學的學生,受到少子化的衝擊,與國中及高中數學精簡教學的影響,學生缺乏學習的動機,只求題目的答案,完全忽略解題過程的訓練,造成學生的運算能力非常薄弱,甚至連非常基本的運算都有問題,令人非常擔心,也造成教學上的很大困擾。筆者任教微積分多年,發現大一學生的數學程度差距頗大,有些同學甚至連國中數學的基本運算都有問題,須要更詳細的說明與老師及同學的協助,才能有所改善。我以改進學生微積分運算能力為目標,以技專院校統一入學測驗數學題目c的題目做測驗,發掘現階段學生須要的數學觀念,並將數學公式及精選題目完整收集,整理成一本包括公式、精選題目及詳解的講義教材,提供給學生課堂及課後使用,並在微積分的教學過程中,詳細說明何種題目應配合的解題公式,增加運算的練習機會。使學生不再視學習為畏途,完全拒絕學習微積分。

Students of Universities of Science and Technology are impacted by the declining birthrate and the streamlining of mathematics teaching in junior and senior high schools, resulting in their lack of the motivation for learning. They only ask for answers to questions and completely ignore the training in the problem-solving process. As a result, the students' computational ability is very weak, and they even have difficulty with extremely basic calculations. These are which is very worrying and cause great trouble in teaching. The author has been teaching calculus for many years, and found that there is a big gap in mathematics among college students. Some students even have problems with basic mathematics operations in junior high schools, and they need more detailed explanations and the assistance from teachers and classmates to make improvements. My goal is to improve students' calculus calculation ability. I use the mathematics questions C of the unified entrance test of technical colleges and universities as a test to discover the mathematical concepts that students need at this stage. The mathematical formulas and selected questions are completely collected and organized into a handout textbook including formulas, selected topics and detailed explanations for students to use in class and after class. In the teaching of calculus, it will explain in detail which questions should be matched with the problem-solving formulas and increase the opportunities for calculations, so that students no longer see learning as a daunting way, and completely refuse to learn calculus.
