The Study on Green Tourism Characteristic and Supply and Demand to Residents and Tourists of Organic Village

With the global environmental changes caused by the natural resources deterioration and depletion that has become the focus of public concern. In recent years, environmental protection and ecological awareness is getting higher, it's also gradually affect the domestic tourism market. Some tourism vendors also cooperate with the governmental policy of ＂save energy and reduce carbon emission＂ to conduct green marketing, green tourism has become an important way of tourism obviously. This study was conducted to investigate and analyze the residents (providers) and tourists (demanders) from Organic LOHAS Villages in Hualien County and Xingjian organic village in I-Lan County. The results show that organic village residents generally support the concept of green tourism, and willing to pass the concept of green tourism to tourists. And visitors go to the organic village of green tourism impression and the general rural tourism is no significant difference. According to the results, we offer some relevant promotion strategies. Finally, we could utilize green tourism activities rising local economy, maintaining the ecological environment and assisting the agricultural conservation.
