摘要

新冠狀病毒肺炎（coronavirus disease-2019,COVID-19）是傳染性疾病，昔稱武漢肺炎，造成嚴重的全球大流行，對人們的健康和生命，造成很大的威脅。專科護理師是進階護理師，與醫師共同提供整合性和連續性的醫療服務，COVID-19大流行期間，在防疫和病人照護上扮演重要的角色。本文描述急診專科護理師於COVID-19防疫期間所扮演之角色與功能，特別在病人直接照顧、教育、諮詢、和品質維護層面上之服務角色。期待本文能帶給臨床第一線之專科護理師有更多的啟發，讓專科護理師在健康照護的專業貢獻能被民眾認同，進而提升專科護理師整體專業形象，以利專業發展。

Coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) is a contagious disease, formerly known as Wuhan pneumonia, causing a severe global pandemic and posing a great threat to people's health and lives. Nurse practitioners are advanced nurses who provide integrated and continuous medical services with physicians. During the COVID-19 pandemic, nurse practitioners play an important role in epidemic prevention and patient care. This study describes the role and functions of emergency nurse practitioners during the COVID-19 epidemic prevention period, in terms of direct patient care, education, consultation, and quality assurance. It is hoped that this article could bring more inspiration to the clinical frontline nurse practitioners, so their professional contribution in health care could be recognized by the public, and eventually enhance the overall professional image of nurse practitioners to facilitate professionalism development.
