The Research on Company Governance Structure Reconstruction

Different from previous research, this paper first analysis corporate governance deficiency based on the theory of value creation, and think the reconstruction of corporate governance structure from the angle of value creation and value distribution, this paper suggests establishing ＂social responsibility Committee＂ similar organizations and collect ＂social responsibility fund＂, and it can effectively solve the enterprise society liability which response later.
