Research on the Talents Training Mode of Engineering Management Major Based on BIM Technology

According to the current status of the domestic construction industry, as well as application of BIM technology has become mature in the international arena, combining with the characteristics of the enterprise demand for talents, a qualitative discussion of the training system and the cultivation of project management talent based on BIM Technology, is proposed to be based on whole life cycle of BIM talent training mode. The professional learning theory and practice of learning of project management which are based on BIM should be combined, and then run through the culture process. Meanwhile, the government should actively call for strong companies and universities to implement and together complete the talents training based on BIM.
