Warm up and cool-down exercise training is an important issue, athletes often ignore the importance of training, leading to sports injury or physical fatigue caused by several days, while the impact of future training courses. Vibration stimulation was used sports coach training courses in recent years, vibration stimulation can enhance muscle performance, but also can improve blood circulation effect, rapid increase muscle temperature. This paper used literature analysis summarize the warp-up cool-down and vibration to the human body, and found that the vibration of the warm-up should raise the muscle temperature and cool-down for blood non-condensing. Therefore, experiments should be explored which frequency and amplitude can effectively achieve the warm-up and cool-down for the effect, and setting a series of vibration courses for sports coaches and the general public use and reference.
