全身性振動訓練作為熱身運動之成效

摘要


熱身運動與緩和運動是運動訓練的重要課題之一,運動選手往往忽略了訓練時這兩項的重要性,導致運動傷害發生或造成運動後身體疲勞持續好幾天,而影響往後之訓練課程。振動刺激是近年來運動教練常搭配訓練課程,振動刺激不僅可以提升肌力表現,還可以增進血液循環的效果,快速使肌肉提升溫度。本文採文獻分析法歸納出熱身、緩和與振動刺激對於人體的影響,並發現振動刺激對於熱身時要提升肌肉溫度與緩和時讓血液不淤結有關。因此往後實驗應可加以探討何種頻率與振幅可以有效達到熱身與緩和的效果,訂定一系列的振動課程供運動教練及一般民眾參考使用。

Warm up and cool-down exercise training is an important issue, athletes often ignore the importance of training, leading to sports injury or physical fatigue caused by several days, while the impact of future training courses. Vibration stimulation was used sports coach training courses in recent years, vibration stimulation can enhance muscle performance, but also can improve blood circulation effect, rapid increase muscle temperature. This paper used literature analysis summarize the warp-up cool-down and vibration to the human body, and found that the vibration of the warm-up should raise the muscle temperature and cool-down for blood non-condensing. Therefore, experiments should be explored which frequency and amplitude can effectively achieve the warm-up and cool-down for the effect, and setting a series of vibration courses for sports coaches and the general public use and reference.
