長榮大學夜間部一年級學生體適能比較分析

Analyze the freshman students' physical fitness at a night school of Chang Jung Christian University Compared with Those of National Norms

摘要


本研究目的在分析長榮大學夜間部一年級學生之體適能,並與教育部體適能常模做比較,以做為將來本校夜間部體育教學課程編排之參考。本研究以長榮大學100學年度夜間部一年級學生為研究對象(男生41人;女生44人),測驗方法是採用教育部所訂定之方法為標準,項目包括身高、體重、身體質量指數(BMI)、坐姿體前彎、屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠、跑走(男生:1600公尺,女生:800公尺)。所測得之各項體適能成績以描述性統計進行分析,研究結果如下:一、在身體質量指數部分:18-19歲男、女生都在「正常範圍」。二、在坐姿體前彎部分:18-19歲男生屬於「普通」,18-19歲女生屬於「稍差」。三、在立定跳遠部分:18歲男生屬於「普通」,19歲男生屬於「不好」,18歲女生屬於「稍差」,19歲女生屬於「良好」。四、在仰臥起坐部分:18-19歲男生、18歲女生屬於「稍差」,19歲女生屬於「普通」。五、在跑走部分:18-19歲男、女生都屬於「不好」。結論:本校100學年度夜間部一年級學生之體適能,除了19歲女生在瞬發力較好外,其他各項體適能表現都還有很大的改善空間,尤其是男、女學生的心肺耐力表現應特別加強與改善。未來在體育課程教學中應有計畫地安排學生相關之課程與運動處方,培養學生規律運動習慣,以便有效改善學生的體適能。

This study is to analyze the freshman students' physical fitness at a night school of Chang Jung Christian University (CJCU) compared to the fitness five grade norm by Ministry of Education, and contribute to the future curriculum design of physical education. The participants included 85 students (41 male and 44 female students). Students were evaluated with the following health indexes, announced by Ministry of Education. The physical fitness tests items include height; weight; body mass index (BMI); sit and reach; 1 min sit-ups; standing long jump and 1600/800m run/walk. The investigated values were analyzed by Descriptive Statistics. Results: 1.The body mass index of all 18-19 years old male and female students were very close to the normal range. 2. The sit-and-reach index of the 18-19 years old students male students were general; the female students were poor. 3. In the standing long jump index, the 18-year-old male students were general and the other 19-year-old male students were fail; the 18-year-old female students were poor, but the other 19-year-old female students were good. 4. In 1 min sit-ups index, 18-19 years old male and 18-year-old female students were poor. But the 19-year-old female students were general. 5. Both of male and female students were fail in the run/walk index. Conclusion: The physical fitness level of the freshman students in 100 Academic Years, except 19-year-old female was better in explosion strength. The other items were should be improved, especially the cardiovascular endurance of freshman students. In order to improve the students' physical fitness, department of physical education should provide curriculum and prescription for the student exercise and developing regular exercise habits.
