補充白藜蘆醇對於田徑中長跑選手高強度間歇運動後血乳酸與血糖變化之影響

Resveratrol Supplement for Endurance Runners after High-intensity Intermittent Exercise Influence of the Changes of Blood Glucose and Lactic Acid

摘要


背景:我們實驗室最近的研究成果證實世界著名植化物-白藜蘆醇(Resveratrol),在體內動物模式中具有顯著改善身體疲勞以及增強運動表現之生物功效(Wu et al., 2013),故白藜蘆醇極具開發成為抗疲勞與健康促進補充劑之應用潛力。但至目前為止,尚無正式研究報導補充白藜蘆醇對於提升人體運動表現之影響。研究目的:探討增補白藜蘆醇對於高強度訓練中長跑運動選手在兩項重要運動生化指標血乳酸與血糖之影響,藉以瞭解補充白藜蘆醇對於運動員運動表現可能之效益。方法:本研究以12名20-25歲男性中長跑選手作為本實驗的受試者。本實驗設計採雙盲配對方式分作兩組,每位受試者每日服用含有白藜蘆醇之膠囊或安慰劑各五顆(2公克/天),隨後進行高強度間歇訓練介入。在跑步機上以90%最大速度跑完8趟為止,每趟為持續跑4分鐘及休息2分鐘,即訓練與休息比為2:1。受試者於間歇運動中第0、2、4、6、8趟後將做指尖採血,同時檢測各時間點之血糖與乳酸數值。結果:補充白藜蘆醇與安慰劑兩組在間歇運動第0、2、4、6、8趟的血糖濃度(mmol/L)依序為(1.67±0.42 vs. 2.06±1.24, p=0.492)、(2.35±0.53 vs. 4.64±0.99, p=0.001)、(2.61±0.37 vs. 5.79±1.46, p=0.002)、(3.18±1.44 vs. 5.20±0.95, p=0.019)、(2.58±0.77 vs. 5.25±1.21, p=0.002)。此外,補充白藜蘆醇與安慰劑兩組在間歇運動第0、2、4、6、8趟的血乳酸濃度(mmol/L)變化則依序為(1.75±1.08 vs. 1.89±0.83, p=0.807)、(5.54±2.09 vs. 8.61±2.29, p=0.036)、(6.15±2.12 vs. 10.52±4.16, p=0.053)、(6.99±3.76 vs. 7.95±3.07, p=0.638)、(7.28±2.34 vs. 9.64±2.38, p=0.114)。結論:補充白藜蘆醇對於田徑中長跑選手在高強度間歇運動中能夠維持血糖的恆定並延緩血乳酸的上升,本研究證實增補白藜蘆醇能夠提升人體運動表現成績。

Background: Recent studies by our lab results confirm resveratrol of world-renowned plant (Resveratrol), in animal models have significantly improved fatigue and enhance athletic performance of biological effectiveness (Wu et al., 2013).Therefore resveratrol has great development resistance to fatigue and the potential application of health supplements. But so far, there have been no formal study resveratrol supplement for the enhancement of human performance impact. Research purposes: Explore the addition of resveratrol for strength training of endurance runners in two major sports biochemistry pointer effects of blood lactic acid and blood glucose in order to see the added benefits of resveratrol for athlete's performance may. This study confirmed the addition of Resveratrol can enhance human performance.
