速度與耐力訓練運用於國中羽球選手之成效-以台南市大成國中羽球隊為例

The Effect of Applying Speed and Endurance Training on Junior High School Badminton Player-Badminton Team from Tainan Municipal Dacheng Junior High School as Example

摘要


目的:針對國中羽球隊選手設計了速度與耐力訓練的課程,將訓練前後測驗成績進行比較,進而了解這些訓練課程對於國中羽球選手速度與耐力表現的影響。方法:以台南市大成國中羽球隊男、女選手12名為受試者,在選手接受為期一個月的速度與耐力訓練課程前後進行測試,之後以相依樣本t考驗比較前、後測結果的差異。結果:跳繩訓練,對於選手的速度表現有顯著的提升(P<.05)。在一般耐力訓練部份,僅有循環8項的表現有顯著的提升(P<.05)。在專項耐力部份,米字折返跑能提升選手在此部分的的表現。

Purpose: aiming junior high school badminton player designed speed and endurance training course and then compared testing results before and after training to understand effects of these training courses on performances of badminton players' speed and endurance. Method: recruiting twelve male and female badminton players from Tainan Municipal Dacheng Junior High School as subjects. Tests were performed before and after the one-month speed and endurance training. The paired t-test was used to compare the difference between these results of testing. Results: Rope-jumping training could promote subjects' speed performances significantly (P<.05). In normal endurance training, only the performance of 8 items Circulation Training was increasing significantly. In specific endurance training, six points shuttle running could increase subjects' specific endurance performances.
