Purpose: aiming junior high school badminton player designed speed and endurance training course and then compared testing results before and after training to understand effects of these training courses on performances of badminton players' speed and endurance. Method: recruiting twelve male and female badminton players from Tainan Municipal Dacheng Junior High School as subjects. Tests were performed before and after the one-month speed and endurance training. The paired t-test was used to compare the difference between these results of testing. Results: Rope-jumping training could promote subjects' speed performances significantly (P<.05). In normal endurance training, only the performance of 8 items Circulation Training was increasing significantly. In specific endurance training, six points shuttle running could increase subjects' specific endurance performances.
