臺灣近代運動教練領導行為之評析

Analysis of Coach Leadership of Modern Times in Taiwan

摘要


台灣在過去為日本殖民國家,在教育及運動深受日本文化影響,造成台灣運動教練領導行為大多以權威式領導為主。隨著台灣社會變遷及民主意識升高,權威式領導及訓練已不再完全被選手所接受,再加上國內許多教練至國外留學與進修,也受到國外運動領導行為的影響,因而發展出多元的領導風格。本文目的:一、在探討瞭解台灣當前運動教練領導行為現況與轉變。二、進而提出相關領導行為與建議。方法:從國家圖書館、師大圖書館、電子期刊、論文蒐集台灣運動教練領導行為相關資料,並透過多層領導模式〈MML〉概念,採用文獻分析法,探討現今台灣運動教練領導行為類別。結語:一、台灣運動教練領導行為已有所改變。二、台灣運動教練領導行為以多層領導模式〈MML〉分類依次序為「訓練與指導行為」、「民主行為」、「關懷行為」、「獎勵行為」、「專制行為」。建議:運動教練應多充實自身專業能力,應採用適合選手需求及接受的領導方式,且應避免「專制行為」領導模式。

Taiwan was once a Japanese colony, so the education and sports in Taiwan were deeply influenced by Japanese culture. Therefore, the authoritarian coach leadership was mainly adopted. However, with the rapid change of Taiwan society and the rise of democracy, authoritarian leadership cannot be accepted by athletes. In addition, many coaches who study abroad are also influenced by the coach leadership from western countries. Thus, there are multiple developments of coach leadership. The purpose of this article is to investigate the current condition and the change of the coach leadership in Taiwan, and further, to provide related behaviors of leadership and some suggestions. Method: collect related information about coach leadership from National Central Library, National Taiwan Normal University Library, electronic journals, theses, and analyze different approaches of coach leadership in Taiwan with MML. This article uses documentary analysis. Conclusions: 1. The coach leadership in Taiwan has changed. 2. The approaches of coach leadership in Taiwan are classified by MML as follows: training and coaching behaviors, democratic behaviors, caring behaviors, rewarding behaviors, and autocratic behaviors. Suggestions: Sports coaches should always improve their professional competence, and adopt appropriate and acceptable leadership, and should avoid "autocratic behaviors" model of leadership.
